The 人力资源 Director is responsible for the institution’s maintenance and compliance with State and Federal employment laws. The 人力资源 office is tasked with the development and administration of policies and programs in all areas of human resources and personnel. The recruitment and hiring of all staff personnel is conducted through this department as is the administration of employee benefits for all eligible Multnomah employees.
